Terms of Service

Welcome to Ingissa-navcore. By accessing our websites, licensing servers, client APIs, or integrating the NavCore SDK packages (including Core, headless, MapLibre, or React Native adapters) into your products, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth below.

01. License Grants & SDK Restrictions

Subject to subscription validation, Ingissa-navcore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to integrate and run the NavCore SDK inside your applications:

  • SDK Key Injections: Active licenses require dynamic key validation. You must not bypass the singleton `LicenseManager` constraints or mock cryptographic response payloads.
  • No Reverse Engineering: You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, extract core features (like the Kalman filter road-snapper algorithms or Dead Reckoning Engine), or separate restricted Pro components from the core SDK package.
  • Distribution Limits: Standard licenses are limited to one production mobile bundle ID or server runtime endpoint. Enterprise licenses require separate multi-platform credentials.

02. Subscription Fees, Billing & Stripe Portals

Certain features of the SDK (e.g. Pro components) are subject to recurring monthly fees:

  • Automatic Billing: Payments are processed automatically through Stripe. Standard charges trigger monthly, based on your enrollment date.
  • Cancellation/Downgrades: You can cancel your active plan at any time through our Billing Portal. Upon cancellation, your ECDSA license key will instantly revert to inactive status, reverting access back to the Free Plan.
  • Prorations: Upgrades or downgrades are calculated immediately inside Stripe. Unused time credits will be applied as balance offsets to subsequent invoices.

03. External Map & API Providers

The NavCore SDK interacts with external mapping layers (Mapbox, MapLibre, Google Maps) and OSRM/Valhalla servers. You are solely responsible for securing, managing, and maintaining payment agreements for any external map tiles, route APIs, or credentials required to render visualizations.

04. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liabilities

THE NAVCORE SDK, LICENSING SERVER, AND PORTAL APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BECAUSE NAVIGATION CONTAINS FLOATING GPS ESTIMATIONS, INGISSA-NAVCORE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR ROUTE CALCULATION ERRORS, ACCIDENTS, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR ENGINE DEACTIVATION DUE TO AUTOMATIC BILLING FAILURES.

05. Term Termination & Governance

We reserve the right to revoke license signatures if you violate package boundaries, share license strings publicly, or breach copyright guidelines. These Terms are governed by local statutes, excluding conflict of laws provisions.
