Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 26, 2026 · Ingissa-navcore

At Ingissa-navcore, we provide navigation intelligence engines and SDK tools for global developers. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information in connection with the NavCore SDK, our websites, licensing servers, and client portal applications.

01. Information We Collect

To provide, optimize, and secure the NavCore SDK, we collect the following limited types of data:

  • Account Credentials & Contact Info: Customer email addresses, payment profiles, and Stripe customer IDs during billing operations.
  • Licensing Telemetry: Signed ECDSA license keys, request validation dates, active SDK package configurations, and short key mapping metadata.
  • Technical Data: Non-personally identifiable telemetry related to engine efficiency, such as OSRM request durations, snapping error percentages, and device platform categories (iOS, Android, Web). No user location coordinates or route histories are permanently logged on our servers.

02. How We Use Your Data

We process collected information solely for the following business purposes:

  • To verify Pro SDK licenses and restrict unauthorized component usage (e.g. Dead Reckoning Engine, Deviation Detector).
  • To manage active subscriptions, calculate Stripe prorations, and issue updated, signed cryptographic license key strings.
  • To maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot our offline ETA predictions and route snapper configurations.
  • To send transaction messages, payment receipt notices, and administrative account alerts through our email dispatch networks.

03. Cryptographic Security & Protection

Security is foundational to our SDK. License generation uses industry-standard asymmetric cryptography (ECDSA P-256 with SHA-256).

All private keys are isolated inside specialized serverless environments, and standard data is stored using SSL/TLS encryption protocols, limiting access strictly to verified services.

04. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with third-party processors only as required to complete transactions:

  • Stripe: Processes credit card data, initiates customer billing portal links, and handles subscription lifecycle states safely.
  • Brevo & Resend: Transmits transactional receipts, welcome messages, and renewal keys securely.

05. Developer Rights & GDPR/CCPA Compliance

As a developer, you retain absolute ownership over your local location data. We do not sell developer metadata or end-user telemetry. You may request information deletion, active account cancellation, or access to your credentials by contacting us directly at support@ingissa-navcore.com or using our developer portal dashboard.
